Thursday Thirteen: #7–13 things the previous owners left behind
Filed in Blog, Thursday ThirteenEvery so often, we come across another item that the previous owners left behind. To say that they weren’t particularly careful in emptying out their rig would be an understatement. Here are some of the gifties we have found.
- Panty liners/sanitary pads.
- Good quality, thick/heavy coat hangers.
- Gift bags and tissue paper.
- A bottle of cat vitamins (!)
- Directions to campgrounds.
- Children’s stickers.
- Pink and black felt.
- Spritzer bottles from a hairdresser’s.
- Shoe goo, a special glue for fixing shoes.
- Cardboard backing/instructions from plastic-packaged products.
- A (fortunately unused) shower cap.
- A tube of anti-itch cream.
- Magazines and flyers.

Re: shoe goo, my Dad had something similar for gluing together his work clothes (he’s an ironworker). That’s some nasty stuff! Happy TT!

Interesting lol I wanted to comment on Raven’s Rides but couldn’t see where to. I so wish it was riding weather here. A nice Valentine Day ride to a secluded beach sounds heavenly.

Yikes, I hope you scrubbed that rig out very well. I’ll bet they didn’t do much cleaning either. #1 is just so wrong in so many ways. Have a great TT and Valentine’s Day. :)

Gawd! I have a story about #1 myself — who knew it was so common?! (Certainly not anything I do lol)

As far as I can tell they did almost no cleaning! Yes, there was a lot of cleaning in those first few days of our arrival. ;)
