The sky is full of puffy clouds this morning. Last night there were quite a few lightning flashes, and what sounded like a small amount of rain, though I couldn’t really tell. I was only partly-awake.

The air sure smells fresh.

Two new wildfires ignited in eastern Shasta County, and there were at least 200 strikes in that county. I don’t know about this one.

Over here down by Hyampom, a helicopter crashed. Two peole are in critical and two in serious condition.
