Laundry day
Filed in Daily Image, People
This is my laundry bag, a $5 item from Camping World that was worth every cent. A reasonably full bag is one load; a stuffed bag is two loads. It makes my life easier because of the handles, and it’s very strong.
I went to do my laundry on Monday but three of the machines were already taken. I needed two loads, but decided to do one since we pretty much only keep two loads’ worth of clothing here. As I set the wash into motion a lady came in to claim the fourth machine. Oops. As a consequence, though, I met my neighbor, whom I shall call Jill for the purposes of this blog, a nice person from Florida who was here because her husband was doing a contract. We compared notes from the storm and she said that it was like being in a hurricane.
I did the rest of my laundry today.
